Seifer has gained a reputation in Balamb Garden as a show-off and a snob. With his friends Fujin and Raijin, he acts as the Gardens Disiplinary commitee. Seifer is the only other Gunblade user at Balamb Garden besides Squall. The two have a rivalry that leads them both into trouble at times.
Very little is known about Edea, other than the fact that she has inherited the Sorceress Power at some point in her life. She only recently appeared for the first time, and seems to be working with Vinzer Deling, the Galbadian Presidnet. Her true intentions are unclear, but it seems unlikely that she will bring peace to the warring nation of Galbadia.
