The soft melody of a flute echoed throughout the caverns of Moria as the Orcs all attended the annual Moria Talent Show. All of Sauron�s minions sat and watched Gollum play with rapt attention, some pawing grimy tears away with clawed hands. When he finished, all stood up and applauded, the sounds of cheers filling the Dwarven caverns of old. Even the Balrog looked moved, but then again, one can never tell with a Balrog. The next act was one of the Orcs who had captured some of the horses from not so nearby Rohan. All they would say when asked how they pulled it off was that it involved a toothpick, carpet cleaner and 36 Chihuahuas. One of the Orcs decided to use them to put on a different perspective of the Broadway play, Cats. Of course the poor animals were so frightened they almost trampled the Orc before fleeing into the darkness, only to be heard from when there was a full moon. Many other acts followed including spit bubble blowing contest, the singing of �My Heart Will Go On� by the cave troll, dramatic reenactment of �Romeo and Juliet�, and the ever present who has the most warts? contest. The judge, who happened to be the Balrog, posted the winner as the cave troll. All Gollum had to say was, �Thatsss not what you sssaid yessterday.� When he and the Balrog had a conversation about how to fix the contest. The little slimeball then attempted to bite the Balrog who threw him into a nearby knot of Orcs. This started an all out fistfight between the Orcs and Gollum. Needless to say, the 23 odd Orcs stood no chance against the angry fetid creature. They dispersed, slinking back to the darkness to lick their wounds while Gollum stole the trophy that was a ring. From that day forth he could be seen sitting in his cave eating fish while muttering �My precioussss�.
