| FOR ALL MIDDLECREEK COOKIE MOMS (and DADS!)... Does this sound familiar? Ode to a Cookie Mom Once a year doesn't seem bad at all. So you said yes to the Leader when you took her call. Training begins and cookie orders too. Booth sales, catch-ups, lots of forms... who knew??? Then cookies arrive, they're all over the place. On tables, chairs, the floor... oh gosh, where's the other case? Collecting the money can be such a chore. You tell yourself, I can't do this anymore! The deposits are made, the cookies are sold A little peace and quiet begins to unfold. Then a single thought comes out of the blue. Next year will be easier.... Next year?? Not you!!
