Record Photos |

You can drag and drop your photos for each activity when input or editing the site diary, which photos will be copied and re-sized (default 800 pixels) to reduce the storage capacity and speed up the data processing time. Also the new photos will be added the site diary activity description as the photo’s description and the description can be read by other software, such as ACDsee. |

Save as |

You can save the file to other formats, such as xls, csv, pdf, html, especially of xls format which can be open directly by Excel. (pdf, html format support in full version) |

Clipboard |

The file content can be copied, cut and posted freely, and the text can be copied or posted mutually between MicroFile XP and other software such as Excel, Notepad, etc. |

Update Diary |

Enhanced inputting / editing of site diary, such as loading the previous site diary records for copy and paste for keep using the same terminology, loading the records of labour and plant as a list representatively for click to input, etc. |

Searching of Diary |

Enhanced searching function, you can search of multi-files at same time & not required to open all the files, specify which column to be search for prevent the extra data in searched result. Support wildcard character, such as *, #, ?, [0-9], [!a-z], etc. you also can view the record photo in the searched result. |
