Terminator 2: Judgment Day

(My Top 100)

Year: 1992
Rating: (out of )
Rating: 8.9 (out of 10)
Director: James Cameron

Excellently planned and carried-out. It not just offers action, but wisdom as well (but, unfortunately, few people care).

"The unknown future rolls towards us. I face it for the first time with hope. Because if a machine - a terminator - can learn the value of human life, maybe we can too."

Directing: Many technical flaws but this was already the most expensive film to date. The flaws do not falter the suspense that is successfully created.

Acting: The biggest problem. Edward Furlong simply sucks. The two terminators are the best because they are not what you would call emotionally involved. Linda Hamilton is worse than in the first The Terminator.

Writing: Expands on first The Terminator even though it was well-rounded up. Of course it totally defies the rules of physics, especially in time travelling.

Others: Fiedel's music is very supportive.
