Mr White seemed to be portrayed as some kind of leader. At the start, after the escape and in talking to Mr Pink, he tried to stay calm - in fact he was calm - and he tried to think. But really, he has got to be one of the stupidest criminals ever hired for a job. With his age, he would've had decades of experience, and yet...? In defending the inside man, he had no trace of proof that that guy was not the rat. Oh shit, he shot someone who shot at him. Big deal. Hello? It's called 'self-defense'. Ever heard of that one? And it wasn't even a cop he shot at. On the basis of that, he's not the rat? He wasn't a friend who he'd known for years, yet Mr White revealed his name to him! Gee that's dumb. That is incredibly stupid. I couldn't believe my own ears.
The undercover cop then revealed his occupation? - To apologise to Mr White for putting too much trust in him? Jeez. Why did everyone suddenly go all mushy? Why would you get such a sensitive, sentimental shit-head to crack a criminal team in the first place?
