While I hope that each student will feel comfortable enough with me to approach me with suggestions for things that will improve the lab, I realize that this is not always the case. I appreciate feedback from my students; please don't wait until the student evaluations are written to let me know if something is bothering you, because then it's too late to fix it for your class.
