Often, some of the students in my class are friends of mine or have taken another class with me as their TA. Whether I like you or not has NO IMPACT on your grade whatsoever. You will always get the grade you earn, and if you think I accidently took off a point, I'm available after each class for discussion. If you find that I took off points for something that someone else got full credit for, please understand that I do make mistakes. You might not get the point(s) but I also will not lower someone else's grade. You have one week after the exam, quiz, or homework is returned to question a grade, and then it becomes final.
The next topic, and one that is VERY important, is non-discrimination. The university policy on non-discrimination is clearly written in the University Rules, and I do enforce this. If someone is doing, wearing, or saying something to make you uncomfortable, please bring it to my attention. Please note that the policy also covers TA's and employees of Texas A&M.
