As last year, we decided to hike the canyons of Wire Pass to Buckskin Gulch and then on through Paria Canyon on down to Lee's Ferry.
Those included in this years' Man-trip were: Kent Kirk (Orem, UT), Brian Kirk (Provo, UT), Steve Walker (Delta, UT), Doug Murdock (Oak City, UT), Wes Murdock (Oak City, UT, Joe Huish (Pleasant Grove, UT), James McEwen (Aurora, CO) and Erik McEwen (Herriman, UT). This year was a father-son, father-In-Law-Son-In-Law, Brother, Friends and Co-Worker type gathering.
We started the hike by assembling at the campground in Lee's ferry were we occupied two camp sites costing 10 bucks each. The next morning when we were all gathered to together we met Betty Price (our shuttle driver) who picked us up at the Long-Term Parking Lot at the Lee's ferry at 7 O'clock Arizona time (not Utah time, Brian).
We stopped for breakfast in Page and then we drove to the Wire Pass trailhead. We left the Wirepass trailhead at about 10:30, 4-28-05.
