Well on this warm summer night the Fireside opened its oiled down lanes to the likes of Junior Varsity, August Premeir, and none other than those crazy Northsiders, ALLISTER! This show wasn't too crowded, which was surprising, but it rocked nonetheless. As we all know its quality, not quantity! I had seen them twice before, but this was definitely their best show. Allister played mostly stuff from their new album Last Stop Suburbia; however, the also played a few old ones such as Jacob Thinks I'm gay and Freshmen girl. The show ended with everyone tearing it up on stage along with the band. After the show Scottie was just being the super sweet dude he is and was more than happy to chat it up with the fans. I talked to him about possibly playing Quad Rock this fall at ND--We need some culture in Indiana!! Tim Allister invited everyone to come get a beer at the bar with them after the show but alas Under 21 and without fake ids, we had to call it a night. But oh what a night! Great show boys :o)
