Bubba Frank
Bubba started out as a young boy with the odd fascination for bugs and how to kill them at an early age. He was rasied amidst of a troubled childhood, where he was bullied growing up. He then dropped out of school at the age of 17, only to get his GED a year later. But somewhere along the way, he loved to invent and tinker with machienery. He has a fascination for how mechanical things work and finds that this is wonderful therapy for himself.
This would lead on into his brief stint in the army, where he takes up basic training and learns to dissect a hand-bult rifle at an alarming pace as an infantryman, then put it back together for attack. He gets kicked out of basic training when he realises he is too overweight. Again he feels like an outcast.
He would then go on to college to try and study emthomology, where he again fails most of his classes because of his hectic work schedule. So he lands a full time job to do bug extermination for a company called Bugco. In this time period, he really understands how insects survive and adapt. By then he is working 6 to 7 days a week and putting in close to 2 full time jobs just to survive.
Then the world goes into a cataclysm at 2027 A.D. Then after the aftermath of a horrendous world war where the newly mutated bugs feast on the flesh of humans, there are a few that survive after the atrocities.
After the world went into the heights of the Bug Hordes. There were only a few handful of survivors around the Earth who lived thru the ravages of the bugs. Bubba was one of them, and wondering why he was one of the few left behind by uncanny fate.
In the year 2028, Bubba had a dream, much like most of his comrades one fateful day, to converge onto a point in the future, to meet up with the remaining survivors and exterminate the remaining bug plagues once and for all.
