WESTPORT, WEST COAST
driving to westport was a full on adventure.
From the east, you pass Buller Gorge,
home of white water rafting, goldfields,
and the longest swingbridge in new zealand.
we stopped to do some day walks,
and suzi panned for some gold.
westport is also home to Cape Foulwind -
home of a large new zealand fur seal colony.
dave and i stopped here on our way up to nelson.
