LAUNCESTON, TASMANIA Keith had a friend of a friend, David, who is an american graduate student
studying squid at the U. of Tasmania. He was excited about the prospect
of hanging out with some fellow yanks, so he invited us to come stay with him
up at his place in Launceston. Keith and I spent the day driving
along the coastal cliffs and beaches
of the east coast, and we met up with David at a beach
where he had spent the day surfing with some friends. We just had a good night bullshitting,
drinking beer, and eating pizza.
