THE LAST DAYS AT NCS PEARSON
MELBOURNE, VICTORIA
After 3 months of working,
it was finally time to finish up my duties at NCS Pearson.
The Michaels also worked
at this market research firm/publishing house,

but they worked in different departments than me.
Michael #1 works in the Field Office,
which organizes in-person surveys

(for example, sending interviewers to shopping malls
to ask shoppers about products).

Michael #2 works in the CATI
(Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) office

and supervises people doing the phone surveys.
Me - i worked mostly in the DEC
(Data Entry Coordinator) office,

but sometimes in the mailroom,
and sometimes in the publishing factory -

basically, wherever they needed me.

I really enjoyed work
and liked the people i worked with

(especially the cutie pierced boy
who plays the trumpet in

a local Melbourne band,
which of course i had to go and see,
so i could be instantly transformed
into a giddy-14-year-old-girl).
