HUNTER VALLEY, NEW SOUTH WALES Colleen wanted to do some true Aussie wine tasting, so we went on a wild train adventure up the coast and into Hunter
Valley. The weather was good so we decided to go up in a hot air balloon! (had to get up at 4 am....argh.... this is apparently when the air is stable and the winds are calm). We even got a birds eye view of some wild kangaroos.
