The Walt Disney Story featuring "Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln"
Located in the Opera House on Main Street, The Walt Disney Story featuring "Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln" shows the life of the man behind the magic and his hero. As you enter the lobby, you are presented with Walt Disney's formal and casual offices (The formal office is currently on display at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World.) After a small presentation expaining the significance of many of the awards, pictrues, and other Disney memorabilia that adorns the lobby, visitors are directed towards the model of the Nation's Capital Building. A movie, setting up your meeting with Mr. Lincoln explains how you are a young private getting your photograph taken. Upon your second visit to the photographer, he is about to dash out the door, and pulls you along for the ride. Where is he going? To Washington D.C. for a photo shoot with the President, Mr. Abraham Lincoln. The exerience comes to climatic end as Mr. Lincoln takes center stage, and delivers "The Gettysburg Address." Because of the amazing new audio system, guests are an actual part of the show, with sound and almost feeling being inhibited by the movements and occurences of the presentation.
