Originally the Indian War Canoes, Davy Crockett's Canoes opened in Critter Country on May 19, 1971. This is the one attraction in all of Disneyland where it's guests have to work while paddling a 35 foot canoe, circling Tom Sawyer's Island, down the Rivers of America. Guests may experience the canoe adventure in the other three theme parks throughout the world as well.
