Prices quoted are for one week rental unless otherwise stated and for the villa NOT per person, the prices include Florida sales tax.
Our current rates are
$800 USD per week or
$115 USD per day
Stays of 4 days or less incur a $50 USD cleaning fee
We offer a discounts on stays over 2 weeks.
This does not apply to dates booked during Christmas, Easter, July and August.
Electric pool heat is available at $15 per day.
