GENERAL ======= 1. we never had any presentation regarding the policies offerred by progeon, medical we know cause we were allotted icici lombard cards, travel, i never know. 2.I would say communication is -NIL- the best way of communication is mails,but on BT floor we dont have access to mails.. and the minimal amout of systems you provide in basement are insufficiant for say ..2000 employees in ect !! 3. Townhall - a place where employee cries for his rights and he is answerd by big unsavvy dialogues like "company strategies " , "international standing" and never with the right answer Skip meeting - where everythings discussed niceley and with a proper understanding and employee goes home happily and finally outcome is zero in the end .. quterly webcast, Prologue - the two big words for effective communication between employee and higher management, which the employee is not aware of. great wall of progeon- A chance given to an employee to realease all his frustration and grudge he has against his company. AWARDS ====== well i am getting salary as per company's standerd but if you compare that with other companys standerds you will find you are much below standerd comensation "policy" is transperent but the monthly compensation we get isent and whers the question i was looking for Q- Are recognition awards transperent ? CULTURE ======= progeons work culture was not at all professional when i joine but i guess its improving with time, alas progeon is a growing company and it all depends on how you imprint the importance of progeon values and progeon culture on the minds of newbies while the time of induction .. its fun to be in progeon, the work culture is friendly the best thing about progeon is that there coifficiancy of hierarchy is very less when it comes to relation with your boss, the atmosphere is very friendly and hence work oriented and the work orientation is directly proportional to employee satisfaction, you wont find this is converygys , accenture of wipro BPO .. and above all theres a very high job security.. WORK ENVIO ========== ans 1 ..Less chairs, inadequate VOIP phones ans 2 .. the bank closes at 2, what about the guys whose shift begins at 3 ans 3 .. Transport facility hee heee.. " Saar! the cab will be there in 5 minutes " and after 30 mins i catch an auto and come to office , but its on an improving curve lately .. recently a BT cab met with an accident were the employees given a medical compensation ?? ans 4 ..food is tasteless and costly in casa , just once you come to casa on sunday 5:30 pm see whats there to eat and how it tastes like .. ans 5.. if u enjoy ur work , ull never be stressed ans6.. what happened to the guys who stretched for their process.. " BT ACCEL 6 AND 151 SERVICE RECOVERY NEVER GOT ANY HOLIDAY EXCEPT WEEKOFFS AND CHRISTMAS IN 2004 "should not we get atlease comp offs for progeon holidays .. whats is more important "process requirement" of "employee satisfaction" All the other deptts are ok.
