| The Moonlight Tale At that night, As the moon was shielded with its halo And hamlet, bathed in its brightness Drums and songs cheered the night The wind listened to our sounds And flame danced to our songs Rosy night;snowy orb We shall stand to see The moonlight's kiss on the warm stones We shall rise again To sing once more The old songs of the great nights And we shall join our kinsmen In their treasury of tales For never will a night be blissful Than tonight's tales of yesteryear. |
