...On 10/31/01 Evan was picked up in S.F., CA. in the Mission District & taken to a jail to detox, approx. 6:30 pm. @ approx. 8:30 pm he was found in the drunk tank, containing nothing but a pay phone, supposibly hanging from it's cord/wire. Which we were told by phone from the jail, the cords are 31" long... WTF? ok, anyway he apparently had been like that unnoticed for 30 min.s, nobody else was supposibly in there with him. It took the ERT approx. 1 hour to arrive, 1/2 to load him up,etc. & 1/2 too return, the piggy's never got a ID from him or any info. they had him as homeless & nameless, the hospital happen to be the one he visited the night prior in fear of a heart attack. e.g.: Health concerns, fortunately they recognised him & He had told them his real name & gave up contact #'s. Family here was notified... 11/2/01, family flew there 11/ 03 /01. Sister was there all night & still there since she lives in bay area. They did a scan there was 0 brain activiy, DEAD on full life support. On Sat. the 3rd they unplugged all life support after tests results except resperator, on Sun. 11/ 04 they pulled the final plug, & that was that! it was instant death. There is no way we would have left him on machines. He lived a Hardcore Life & had brushes with death, but Suicide??? FUCK NO! They deemed it suicide, of course not mentioning their neglegence in Observing the drunk in the tank, theres two stories & 2 reports I'll post them soon maybe...His Wife & 2 kids had been seperated for a month she in SO.CA.
The Mission Dist. Police have quite the history: Murder, Brutality, Harrassment etc. not that every last Cop in AmeriKKKa doesn't. but I read some scary shit! the CA jails/ Prisons do 'as well' w/ "Suicides", Do a search, Check out a few sites & do the math....Evan was Murdered IMHO! |
