I AM............
It's no surprise that I am an interpersonal learner. Anyone who knows me well enough is aware that I thrive on communication. A lot of people ask the question "If you were stranded on a desert island what would be the thing you miss most?" For the buisness men it's their BlackBerry, for the fashion fiesta's it's their Louis Vuitton luggage. For some it's the bible, and other's the TV or the cellphone. However if I was stuck on a deserted island, I would miss companionship the most. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy my solitude time, but even more, I like to be around people.

Someone with interpersonal intelligence is known to learn by talking with their peers. They have the ability to understand and relate to others. They try to see things from other people's points of view in order to understand how they think from they feel. When I was a baby, instead of learning to walk like all the other toddlers, I chose to watch how the people around me moved. When I felt ready, I stood up and walked like I had all my life. Interpersonal learners also have an intangible ability to sense feelings, motivations, and intentions. That probably explains why I am the first one of my friends to notice when another is upset. An interpersonal learner is also supposed to be good at organization. So thats my one downfall. When it comes to organization... let's just say it was never something high on my "To Do List". However, I am able to organize people. (I have to say though that my manipulation skills have increased dramatically) The last thing you should know about me is I hate conflict. When someone is mad at me, I confront the issue and apoligize for my part (believe or not, I am a damn good apoligizer)

I was not at all surprised that my weakness is in math and logic. Math has always been my hardest subject. Seriously when it comes to numbers, my mind goes blank and refuses to cooperate. Honestly I still don't know how to do long division.

The thing is, (I know this seems harsh) I am only in this class because I need another science, and it will look good on my college applications. I know...college is far away, but it is never to late to prepare. See, I know that I want to go somewhere down south (notice the Longhorns to your lower left). I know it seems crazy...and almost everyone tells me I shouldn't do it. But that is exactly why I am going to. I have been a small town country girl all my life. I want... no.... I need change. And, I love the south.  (Once again...I know it seems weird...smallest liberal state to biggest republican state) I also know that I want to major in communications. (I love to write, if you haven't noticed from the seven paragraph essay). So as far as I am concerned, math doesn't come in my direction unless your counting the frequent flier miles coming from Texas.

The way I am going to learn the most in this class is through my peers, taking notes, class discussions, and mostly reading textbooks and doing worksheets ( I know...I sound like a geek) Usually my test grades are good, but seeing as Chemistry tests involve our friends addition and subtraction (and more) I have a feeling that tests are going to be the hardest part of this class.\

So hear you go...and indepth (believe me...if asked I can write more...this webpage just isn't giving me enough room) essay on my learing strategies. If you will excuse me, I have a Chemistry test to study for. And belive me...those extra points I earned from the denstiry experiment? Thats going to be my grade if I don't do some serious studying. (It's probably not even going to help.) So see y'all later (working on my southern drawl) and....

Go Longhorns.
I am compassionate, kind, friendly, considerate, funny, and empathetic.
