Franklin Elementary School uses the Accelerated Reading Program.  We believe in its power and have seen our students soar in their desire to read and in their reading abilities. 

    Each tri-mester, students have the opportunity to win awards at our awards assembly.  The awards are given as follows:

**The student in each class who has had the most growth in their reading level - wins a $15.00 gift card to Border's Bookstore

**The student in each class who has earned the most points on Accelerated Reader tests - wins a star reader t-shirt he/she can wear as a uniform shirt

**The class per grade who has had the most overall growth in reading level will win a party

    We want to thank our administration for their support.  They truly believe in our students and want to see them succeed.
