Then we went to the chief's house for a traditional kava ceremony. Riley and Declan both tried some kava, which is the local "grog" made by pounding the kava root and mixing it with water. Looks and tastes like mud. Here's us with the chief. Once again, it was VERY hot |

We celebrated the last day of 2007 by doing the Sigatoka River Safari. The first part of the adventure involved jetboating up the river to a village. |
