FEBRUARY 2002 NEWSLETTER
The general club meeting is set for Thursday February 14, 2002 at 7:30 p.m.. Location is Commissioners room A 1200 Telegraph road Pontiac, MI.

We offer our condolences to Ed Schiller and his family. His mother Eileen died last week.
Lance Valentine be a guest speaker at the February or March meeting. He will be discussing GPS. He was a speaker 2 years ago, and it was very informative! If you have any suggestions for guest speakers, please advise the executive board.
Thank you to Paul Sacks and John Mancogna for their efforts with the banquet. We had a great time!
Thank you to everyone who helped at the Boat and Fishing Show at the Silverdome. The club derives 90% of our money from this show.
We will have a club ice fishing day on Tipsico Lake on Saturday February 16. We will give more details at the club meeting.
Let me know who wants to sign up for MUCC. The dues are $15.00 a year.
The breakfast club is back at Ripples. They are held every Saturday at 9:00 am.
Some members are interested in a spring fishing trip. Dave Long has a timeshare available in Crossville, TN from April 28 - May 5. This is located between Knoxville & Nashville. We can stay for a half or full week. Costs will be determined by number going (max of 8 people). Let Dave know if you are interested. You can reach him at 248-473-5853 or [email protected]

Please note the following rule change for the federation series. The new late penalty is now 1 lb. per minute, disqualification after 15 minutes.
