    Vamp is a member of the AntiTerrorist group "Dead Cell"At an early age he came to learn true horror and poverty as he struggled to survive in the disease infested land of Romania.It was at his young ages that he first developed his fascination with knives.

      Between the ages of 5-7,Vamp and his family were attending a church when a terrorist bomb went off,which completely pulverized the small building,trapping Vamp inside,killing his entire family but leaving him alive,trapped below.Trapped underneath the rubble for 3 days,he survived by feeding off the blood of his fallen family.After the rescue team found him,they were appaled at that they saw. The bodies of his family,mangled and torn open from Vamps usage of his knife. After being rescued,he continued to live his life in the small village he had been living in.

    With age,his mastery and skill with knives greatly grew. He could do things no one thought was possible by a human,doing great stunts with them and throwing them at targets with an almost supernatural accuracy.He could not be matched by anyone across the land.

   In the years that would follow,his unique skills would draw the attention of "Dead Cell", and anti-terrorism group based in the U.S.He joined,now being a part of a group,at working to prepare the US for terrorist attacks. They would stage false attacks against the US at places like military centers,landmarks and so on to help prepare the counter terrorist groups in the United States to be prepared. However,following the incident at Shadow Moses,the group was disbanded and their leader,Colonel Jackson was court martialed and arrested for charges having to do with connections to the President George Sears about leaking information.

    The remaining members of Dead Cell would try to get the publics attention to no avail. Some time later,the Colonel would be found dead in his cell. It was said he died from an unknown illness,but Dead Cell believed otherwise. Fortune,Jacksons wife and another member of Dead Cell,now assumed command and convinced the others along with Vamp,to turn against the US and get revenge.

Along with Solidus,the former president,Dead Cell began to stage REAL terrorist attacks against the U.S. All the innocent people who were killed meant nothing to them because they now saw the American public as an enemy,not willing to listen to them when they tried to help theit incarcerated leader. Sometime after,they would be involved in an attempt to take over the Big Shell. Vamp,of course,was thrilled. He saw it as another wonderful chance to kill more of the people who had turned a deaf ear to him and his groups words.

Initially,Vamp was in a skirmish with members of the Navy's Seal Team 10. An easy task. He finished them off without barely a thought.Later he would encounter FOXHOUND member Raiden,who would ultimately lead to his death. After an initial fight,he came away wounded,yet thrilled at the opportunity to battle such an opponent. He then tried to take Emma Emerich,but,in the end,was killed. His body was never recovered.
