Formerly,he was President of the United States George Sears,but after the Shadow Moses incident,he was forced into hiding to protect his life from the patriots.Since coming back into the light,he gained control of the unit Dead Cell by manipulating their emotions against the US after the death of the units commander. He met his match at the hands of his god son Raiden in a hand to hand match which was eerily close to what Solid Snake and Big Boss had at Outer Heaven. |
