| August 26, 2001: Moved a ton of my junk earlier today..ah the joys of college life. Updated the Tour Dates section of the site.. Check it and continue to keep checking it for weekly info concerning MT Shows in your area. We have yet to name our fall tour, but you can rest assured that it will be something catchy yet in classic MT style. Expect to see some different things this time around, maybe even a new face (but official news has yet to be released on that despite the rumours hitting the message boards). You won't be dissapointed. -dan August 25, 2001: Another August draws to a close and I hope that none of you got too hot this summer (it was a scorcher indeed). All the guys have been busy working, reading, and (in Chris Leonard's case) looking extremely fine. However, despite the seemingly neverending onslaught of mile long "to do" lists, MT is still very much alive and breathing. Continue to check the news and tour date sections within the next week for updates. Hope to see you soon. August 11, 2001: Ok, Ok! Our bulletin board is now up in running, so those of you who were whining about it can stop...you know who you are. Oh yeah, some pretty big news regarding MT is coming up in the not too far future. Stay tuned for more details, ooooooohh.... August 5, 2001: After restlessly roaming a proverbial wilderness called "Life" for the last two weeks, the Matty K returned to society today. "All I can say is that it has been the best of times, it's been the worst of times, but the Lord has seen me through it," said the Matty K. It has been reported by the Fairborn Daily Herald that the Matty K, upon his arrival at home, had a good nose picking session. Reportedly, the nose boogers accumulated at church camp during the last week came out chunky, but without any major reported accidents or injuries. July 28, 2001: MT was in full-effect last week for the first time all summer. Don't worry, kids, we didn't do a show, just a little fine-tuning in Pat's basement. We went over some old material and came up with a couple of new songs named "Beef Jerky Mama" and "Soccer Moms of Nappanee (Why do you hate me?)". Listen for them this fall. They're pretty good... July 15, 2001: Michelle Tanner and Willard Scott??? Find out the latest on our favorite weatherman in an exclusive interview in the WEEKLY! July 2, 2001: Bios for Pat and Dan finally added. In other news, Matty K is doing some DJ-ing in the Western Ohio region, Dan is fertilizing lawns and instant messenging, Chris and his band Cape Renewal is desperately seeking attention from the music community on the streets at Cornerstone Festival, Pat's helping his girlfriend move into her apartment and Matt is studying Human Biology at IUSB and driving A LOT!! May 25, 2001: Dan came back from a 10-day trip in Ireland. He's tired and irritable, so be nice to him. "I just want to start playing music again, man. When do we start recording?" Dan said immediately after planting his feet on American soil for the first time in 10 days. That's all for now...M.I. May 23, 2001: HEY KIDS! It's summer time for the MT crew, and so we've broken up for the summer. Does that mean we are sitting around being lethargic? NEVER! Chris is playing bass for Cape Renewal, a emo-hardcore band out of South Bend, IN. Check them out if they come to your area. Matt I. is posing as a journalist as he infiltrates the sorta corrupt and semi-evil South Bend underground. Dan is living off the fat of the land somewhere, probably the greater Michiana area. Pat is serving a second tour in Vietnam. Matty K is involved with listening to Devo and reading more Spider-Man comics. As for our plans for next year (which starts in September), we plan on perhaps throwing together a few more songs, playing a few shows here and there (possibly at Miami of Ohio and/or Kentucky Christian College), and possibly making T-shirts. Our summer goals include improving this web site, so bear with us. Expect to see more pictures, tour dates, bios and such by either the end of summer or start of school. God Bless and use your freedom of choice, Matty K p.s. do you like the barbie colors? |
