| Joshua Harris is the author of the book, I kissed dating goodbye. In his book, Harris talks about the "game" that dating has become, and how Christian teenagers should rise above the game and seek to be in relationships that have a firm foundations in friendship and in the context of fellowship as a body of Christ. While Harris' book, when taken for what it is worth (a guide for maturing adolescents who seek acceptence by being in shallow, non-directional relationships and not as a "Bible" for 20 somethings to follow as how they will find their perfect mate (see Soccer Moms)), it is an innocent teenage self-help book brought to you by the Secular Christian Industry. Ultimately, this song is just another humorous sing-along song brought to you by Michelle Tanner. | |||||||||
