Interstate 74
STATES TRAVERSED:
Iowa
Illinois/Indiana
Ohio
West Virginia
Virginia
North Carolina
South Carolina

North Carolina (BONUS)
NOTES:
East of Cincinnati, I-74 will be extended to the Carolinas.  Currently, two disconnected sections exist in North Carolina.  One stretch goes from Mt. Airy to the Virginia state line (via I-77), and the other is multiplexed with I-73 from south of Greensboro to Candor.

I-74 will also parallel US 74 from Rockingham eastward to at least Lumberton.  This will be the only time that an Interstate and US route share the same number in the same state.

Where I-74 will end is anybody's guess.  It could go to either Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC.

Two spur routes are also planned.  I-174 will connect to downtown Myrtle Beach, and I-274 will loop around Winston-Salem.
