| NOTES: Long-term plans call for I-73 to connect Michigan to the Carolinas. It was originally to be a Charleston-to-Detroit route, but it was truncated at Myrtle Beach, SC. The only official section of I-73 is located in North Carolina, between Candor and Greensboro. I-73 will start in Myrtle Beach, and pass through the following cities: Marion, SC; Rockingham, Asheboro, and Greensboro, NC; Martinsville and Roanoke, VA; Bluefield, Williamson and Huntington, WV; Portsmouth, Chillicothe, Columbus, Marion, Upper Sandusky and Toledo, OH; and Adrian, Jackson, Lansing, St. Johns and Alma, MI. It is planned to end at Grayling, MI. |
