Happy Sunday.  I just wanted to write a quick entry.  I probably won't be writing much anymore.  This was such a good outlet for me during my recovery.  I would strongly suggest a blog for anyone going through something "big" in their lives.  It really helped being able to express myself so freely and have such incredible support from friends and family.  I also feel so fortunate to have had such a quick and easy recovery.  I still experience the occasional palpatation - but they are very few and far between.  And they usually come if I'm very tired or stressed.  I just pray my future surguries (there is a very good chance I will need multiple since the "shelf" life of my valve is only 10 years...and I'm hoping to be around for a long time) will go as well as this one.  I am trying to eat right and continue with my daily exercise as I did before all this....
