Brochure Project

 

Due Date: Monday, November 26

 

For this project you will produce a brochure designed to convince the reader to remember the Holocaust.

You will:

-        demonstrate a knowledge of the Holocaust

-        write in a persuasive format

-        include at least four sources

 

Things you might include:

-        the synopsis of another Holocaust victim’s story

-        the design and purpose of a Holocaust memorial

-        a brief history of the Holocaust

-        facts and figures (the number that died, the number of camps, etc.)

-        the history of the concentration camps in America for the Japanese 

 

You will give a three-minute presentation of your brochure to class on Monday.  Do not just get up and read your brochure, you will be graded on originality.  You do not have to do all of this on the computer unless you want to.
