| Dewey is an absolutely gorgeous 6 year old true black Shire x Thoroughbred gelding. Dewey is currently schooling training level dressage and has begun basic lateral movements. He is extraordinarily talented and has the gaits and ability to take the serious rider to Grand Prix level. He is a DREAM to ride and is wonderfully responsive to the aids while being light and buttery soft in the bridle. His gaits are truly phenomenal and he must be ridden for one to appreciate them. He has a 10+ canter and even when he is out of condition it is always in perfect balance, collected and precisely cadenced. He is truly a rare find for the serious dressage rider looking to progress through the levels. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Dewey has an exceptional temperament and is a joy to be around, both in and out of the saddle. He is always the first one to the gate and has a wonderful attitude. He has a very willing work ethic and is equally happy to school in the arena or hack around out on the trails. He is super fun to ride bareback and has a calm and level-headed disposition. He has a bold nature about him and is fearless and unflappable when presented with new challenges.
