| Michele is a graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage in New York and acquired her NY State and National licenses in 1999. She is also an Associate Polarity Practitioner since 2002. She specializes in medical massage, deep tissue work, and the treatment of chronic pain and sports-related injuries. Michele incorporates Polarity Therapy (an energy-balancing modality) into her massage sessions. This balance of both heavy and light massage techniques, combined with focused intention, addresses the origin of the pain and helps to release it. |
