I found this in a book in the Ohio Historical Library in Columbus, Ohio. It is dated October 30, 1959 and it says "Member of Lakewood Chapter D.A.R., Mrs. Herbert Darmstadt, 4213 West 204th St. Fairview Park 26, Ohio"...(My own personal disclaimer.....) I'm not sure if Mrs. Darmstadt is still alive, and I am reprinting this on the internet without her permission.. I apologize in advance for not taking the time to contact her.. but after 40+years..
