I am currently working on my biography and will include more about my life and experiences soon. For now I just wanted to introduce myself, say hello and that I am proud to be a survivor of my life's challenges.
I am grateful and blessed to have made it this far in my recovery. I have faith that some day I will make it all the way to my desired destination and become a minister and author. I am inspired and driven to pass on my experience and wisdom to others. My goal is to assist my fellow survivors and their families on the journey to recovery.
If I happen to be reaching you some how with my words because you can relate, don't ever consider yourself a victim or disabled; believe me you're not. You see, those of us that have any diagnosed condition and have made it to this point of our recovery are survivors and are victorious over our challenges. When you look at your life remember that we have survived a considerable amount more than most of society, in all areas of life. This includes psychologically, emotionally, socially and in all other aspects of our daily living. Congratulations, it is an honorable and respected accomplishment. Keep your head up and smile, it looks good on you. You never know who may be looking to you for a little hope on their journey. Just remember even the smallest step in a positive direction can result in a giant leap in your future and the future of those around you.
