| Tree Some time ago you flourished Showing the world your mighty You werent afraid to perish How many Christmas do you lighten Around you all persons were so united In your green leaves magnificence could be seen But with time youve met your sin Now old, leafless youre in the same place Holding memories of those days In your thick branches you still have Some old Christmas decorations of past times Your a monument to persistence That never perish trough existence Standing there holding what you have Defending it with your old fragile life You still want to be on those days And dont seem to understand That theyre totally away But with what you have you stand Trying to make us happy again |
