Promo: The drowners (english version), metal mickey, animal nitrate, so young, stay together, trash, beautiful ones, electricity (sort of), she's in fashion, everything will flow, can't get anough (english version). Warning: the flow video's very good but includes brett not only walking on water but walking into the road and having this light shine down on him as he forms the cross position. Oh dear. Electricity has the end chopped off, blaaaaaagh!
Official videos: love and poison and introducing the band. The former is arguably better than the latter, but introducing the band's worth it just for the power in french and the Mark E Smith impression.
TV: Everything will flow and Filmstar on top of the pops. Trash, Saturday Night and Lazy on later with jools holland. Trash, Beautiful Ones, Can't Get enough, Elephant man, Saturday Night, Down and Everything will flow on VH1 session. Can't get enough, down, Crack in the union jack, Beautiful Ones, Electricity, Saturday Night on the 1999 MTV five night stand, which each time you watch it, the more people you can spot crying during saturday night (including the odd beefy man) and lead my poor mother to exclaim "christ! they'll eat him!". A load of other stuff from that thing on Channel four in 1999, including bits of interviews with the band in which they all look like they've just come out of rehab.
Live: The clapham grand 1993 (Derek Jarman gig), The 100 club 1992, another funky small place i can't remember the name of in 1992, all first album stuff and bsides like insatiable one he's dead et al.note: the derek jarman gig contains some very funky stuff: including the band doing stuff with siouxie (woohoo!) and chrissie hynde, who if it's worth adding actually forgot the words to brass in pocket half way through, and the sight of the band doing still life, with Bernard on guitar, which has gotta be rare right??? Probably some other stuff i can't remember.
Bernard Butler stuff ("because i can"): "Riverbank" with Johnny Marr (pinch me) and Bert Jansch on Jools Holland, and this weird thing from Channel four called "West Heath House" which also has edywn "the man" collins in it, it's possible the weirdest thing i've ever seen. Don't watch it at three in the morning after a few pints, i beg you.
Anyway i'll copy stuff for anyone that should want it. My email is
