| This Picture is of Mommy, Daddy and Micheal on the day of discharge. A.K.A. D-Day! As you can tell we were very happy and underslept for our first night of parenting in the over night discharge room with Micheal. It was the first time Micheal got me changing his diaper. I had only brought one change of cloths up from the car so I had to take dh cloths that morning and make him go get another change. It was still the happiest day of my Life other then the day I Had Micheal, We got to take Micheal home this day. |

| This is Micheal The day of Discharge! One of the happiest days of my life. He weighed 7 pounds and 7 ounces on this day. It was September 1st 1999. He is still swollen and an bronze color from the elevated bilirubin count but the dr. knew our birthdays were just August 27th and 28th so she wanted to let us take Micheal home on an out patient basis and let the dr.s at home check on it and bring him back several times an month to Tulsa for GI check ups. Micheal is 4 1/2 months old in these pictures. |
