Mission/ Vision Statement

“It is our mission to give people their refreshing intake of nicotine while saving their lungs from cancer. We are the only company that produces beer with nicotine today. Nicabeer is headed toward a successful future. We hope that our company will become large and a benefit towards everyone. We dream to abolish smoking from the face of the earth through our products.?

Biography

President, Andrew Pellow- I have previous experience with new companies and feel that I would be able to exceptionally improve NicaBeer. My education is very high and for some reason, politician are not afraid to ask for a bribe from me, and I can therefore help keep the company from being sued for antitrust infractions. I was named valedictorian of M.I.T. finishing with the highest grade point average ever. I also had the most degrees by the time I graduated and managed to graduate in the smallest amount time ever for my level of education. I have managed to collect several basic patents, including the patent on the wheel, fire, and algebra. I have also written an entire encyclopedia on my spare time as well as books. It is my feeling that the NicaBeer corporation is the best way to fulfill that social obligation.

Vice President, Michael Wang-I graduated from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. I earned a Ph.D. degree in computer science and a MBA in business school. I have been a top student at Stanford. I am very experienced in business operation and I have been the President of a few other companies before I joined Nicabeer. I have been experienced with several drink companies including Jamba Juice and Starbucks Coffee. I have many experiences with drink companies and therefore, I think that NicaBeer will be successful and go a long way. Because of my past workings at beverage companies, I have many connections with the beverage business. I know many of the presidents and key people of large beverage companies. NicaBeer should be a major success because of its uniqueness of adding nicotine. This special beverage will lure many people to buy the products made by our company.

Social Manger, Andrew Daniel- I graduated from Stanford as a business major and I have a minor in psychology. I use to work at many other companies but they were just not the job I was looking for. I have lots of experience and hopeful for a new career. I’ve been trained to be a director of human resources and management.

Stockholder, Brandon Greenwood- I keep track of money. I graduated with a PHD in physics, Bussiness Administration, and Computer Science. Some of my interests include gambling, wrestling, gardening, playing tag, picking my nose, and more drinks with boys.

Janitor, Pratik Mohapatra- I graduated from Oxford University. I got a PHD in Business from Oxford. I worked for a lot of big business companies and wanted to start one of my own. After working for a few years, I retired and started farming. I created NicaBeer on my farm.

Product

NicaBeer is a unique drink that is made up of beer and added with nicotine. Only our company makes this product. It is a drink that can help a smoker not become a heavy smoker or make heavy smokers stop smoking. It can also help drug addicts to not do drugs, but instead, have our drink.

Int. CI………………………………C10H 2/50	ABSTRACT Nicabeer is a special beer. The beer contains 50% nicotine and 10% alcohol. This beer is naturally flavored and has natural color. For heavy smokers, this product would help them quit smoking and instead, take nicotine. The nicotine would automatically lure the drinker to stop smoking or taking any other drugs. The beer is made in the normal process with yeast and fermentation. Near the end of fermentation, we add nicotine. TO get the nicotine, we press the tobacco leaves until the nicotine leaks out. We then begin to dilute the nicotine, and with the diluted amount, we add the remaining amount to the beer. It averages to about 50% of the entire drink. The remaining amount is the regularly made beer.
