Web Rater

Hello....I am the Web Rater I rate websites and webpages and hompages. Here are some of the things I look for in a site/page/homepage:

#1 Is the site neat or not neat? #2 Are their at least five links? #3 Is the site interesting or not? #4 Does it make me want to come back? #5 Is it appropiate for little kids?
