At this writing I have silver ghost angels FREE at over nickle size bodies. I also have angels that are a cross between red blushers and blue blushers, they are nickle to quarter size at this time. All will be one dollar each and are for pickup or delivery only, no shipping. Unless you are buying over 40 angels there is a delivery charge,of $20 unless you are a store going to do repeat business. If you pick them up they are a dollar each , no other charges. I have stands and tanks for sale that can be seen on my web site. I have angelfish, bushy nosed pleco`s in dark spotted and albino, parrot fish, pink and dark convict cichlids, nice fancy guppies including pink pinu and all red gessian guppies and african cichlids, breeding pairs of all these, also New Guinea Red Rainbows and many tanks with stands. There are also hundreds of nice fish books, magazines , medicine ect. Just remember it takes a lot of time, if your spouse does not help you, you won`t have much time to spend with them and it could ruin your marraige, it almost ruined mine. Thank you for your interest. Mike Potts. Food for thought, do you like to sleep? Do fish like to get rest ? If you leave your lights on all the time, your fish will grow bigger and faster. But will they live as long?. Turn the lights all out and you will see , when you turn them back on , that your fish were asleep. It is my opinion that fish do better if your turn the lights out at night, I belive they live longer and fight less. I do leave a room light on but turn the tank lights out. Only on the small fry, do I leave the tank lights on, and that only for the first month. Think about it. Have you ever noticed that there are nice well meaning people, selling angelfish under the wrong names? These people should know better. Because of all the ballyhoo over the orange koi angels, some people are advertising their angels as koi angels. Now don`t get me wrong, a lot of these are beautiful fish , and I have bid on them. But some are selling gold marbles , as koi. And some are selling dark marbles as koi. A koi is a double dose gold marble , blushing. If a fish is not a dd gold marble blushing, it should not be called a koi angel. Any more it appears as if there are three types or more, of koi angels developing. The normal tri-color koi, the orange koi, and the dark marbled calico-koi. And I am hoping to start some orange-koi albino angels. There are also the ones called blue koi, a blue blusher koi cross I believe. I wonder if this has been done with the red blushers?. Also on hatching angelfish, if you use Maroxy insteard of meth blue , you don`t usualy have to change the water till after they are eating. Only if the eggs were mostly infetile would the water become polluted, then you would have to very carefuly change it several times. And brine shrimp will hatch in the dark. try it, just add three tablespoons of salt to a half gallon ( or follow directions ) , Iodized or not. then add air bubbles and brine shrimp eggs, they will hatch in 24 hours , in the dark, even at room temperature, anything over 72 degrees, and if you have good eggs ( 90% or more), they should almost all hatch in 24 hours. Also , instead of cutting the whole top off of 1 pound cans, just cut a tiny hole in the top and keep the lid covered, and in the refrigerator. This will keep the eggs from going bad. The stuff people tell you to do is often not nessasary,use your eyes and your brain, experiment. One pair of young angels could fill 200 tanks in less than six monthes, if you take care of them. Sometimes the experts will make it very hard on you, because, I think, some want you to find it hard, others are trying to help, and some give realy good advice. Ask several people and experiment , find what works best for you. I am the first I know to have several 100 percent orange covered angels, including dorsal, anal, ventral and tail fins, but alas the heater failed and I lost them.
