This is a proposed orthography that is meant to be used for writing of Cayuga. It is now in a very early stage of development, so some changes may occur to it in the future as the creator see fit. For any questions please use the email link below.

Like Henry orthography, stress falls on the last syllable of the word, it is marked with an acute accent (´): á, ã´, é, ẽ´, í, ó, õ´, ú.
But unlike the other one, long vowels are indicated by doubling the vowel, not by two dots: aa, ãã, ee, ẽẽ, ii, oo, õõ, uu.
Voiceless vowels are indicated by a dot below, not by an underline: ạ ẹ ị ọ ụ.
There would not be letters b, d, f, g, j, p, q(u), v, x, z, which would be only used in loanwords or replaced by t, t, s, k, c, t, k(w), s, ks, s, respectively.
