If  you hear a sound, just like a fan blade, hitting something, after you turn on your aircon. The cause for that sound is, the back side of the window type aircon, is misaligned, the back side is the color black plastic, the fan blade is inside of it, just like the picture, this is normal, it's not a severe problem,

To fix these problem

1.Turn off the aircon, use a screwdriver placed it on the base- pan, observe the example picture carefully. see the screwdriver, where it is pinpoint, that's the base pan. The Base pan is the standing cover of a window type,

2. Gently push the screw driver, inside of the base pan, until the edge point of the screwdriver is in the base-pan the position of the screwdriver, should be flat-side or in a horizontal position.

3. When the screwdriver is inside the base pan, ( the edge point of the screw driver only) then gently push the screwdriver upward,  make  sure it's not too high, just the right level, of the housing, (housing is the casing of the window type air-con.)

4. After pushing upward, bring it down gently, (it's not the blade that is misaligned, it's the back side of the aircon the color black plastic, see the first picture on the top of this page). There's no Danger doing this, just follow the step by step procedure.

5. After you've done step no# 4, Turn on the aircon

6. If you still hear the fan-blade noise hitting something, Turn Off the aircon again. put the screw-driver on left side or in the right side, then repeat the step by step procedure

7.if it still doesn't work, it only mean's, that the misalignment of the aircon, need's to be fix manually, meaning an Authorize technician should pull-out the aircon from it's Housing, & then Fix the alignment manually,
