Trip Management System is designed to assist smaller organizations, as well as organizations without a limitless pocket book, deal more effectively with managing client trips, meal and commodities deliveries and the myriad other tasks we are often asked to perform in transit.
Written in MS Access (like FMS), TMS handles Weekly Subscription Trips, Demand Trips and Non-Weekly Subscription Trips-- like delivering 20 meals to a client every 28 days. Trips can be suspended and automatically restarted on a specified date, reassigned to a different vehicle or route, and deleted. Driver Manifests can be printed which require the Driver to obtain a Signature for certain trips, or enter times and odometer readings. The status of trips must be verified in order to use the invoicing and reporting features (if you don't need these you don't have to do it). Trips are either YES, CANCEL or NO-SHOW and fields are available for the entry of trip miles and wait time for billing purposes. Single user and multi-user versions are available (sorry, geocoding is not yet available). And when you are ready to upgrade to a more powerful (and expensive) product, data can be easily exported for porting into your new application.
