Kerry Brown
Kerry Brown, former counselor of College of the Canyons, has experience in several careers, such as singing and dancing just to name a few. Ms. Brown now teaches the Personal Development (PD III) course at College of the Canyons.
The Personal Development course is very helpful, especially to the new students attending college. This course teaches students how to succeed in college and life. Ms. Brown's students gain further knowledge about what is needed at College of the Canyons and other colleges in order to transfer to a different type of college, such as a four year college or graduate school. Students will finish the class feeling better about how to handle stress, discrimination on campus, stay organized and live a more successful life in and out of college.
