THE NEW JERSEY DEPTMENT OF HEALTH AND SENIOR SERVICES issued a warning to residents of the city of Ringwood that they should limit theur squirrel intake to no more than twice a week, children once a month due to the nearby TOXIC WASTE DUMP
Jaime Pinedo filled a lawsuit in June 2006 against the estate of his late brother's late girlfriend. Daniel Pinedo and Xiomara Ortiz were murdered in may 2004, execution style, by Ortiz's jealous former boyfriend and Jaime Pinedo alleges that, it was the fault of "Ortiz".
Supreme Court declared 4-3 that gay couples are entitled to the same rights heterosexual ones. The Justice gave lawmakers 180 days (around April Fool's Day 2007) to rewrite the laws. "Although we cannot find that a fundamental right to same sex marriage exits in this state of New Jersey, the unequal dispensation of rights and benefits to committed same sex partners can no longer be tolerated under our state constitution" Justice Barry T. Albin wrote for the four member majority. Which gives gays all the privileges and obligations married couples have. The only state to allow Gay Marriage is Massachusetts. The only states allowing Civil Unions are Vermont and Connecticut.
New Jersey is one of just five states that have no law or constitutional amendment expressly banning Gay Marriage. Eight states have gay marriage bans on their ballots in November of 2006. New Jersey Republicans said they would work to ban same sex unions by enacting a constitutional amendment. The ruling similar to the 1999 High Court ruling in Vermont that led the state to create Civil Unions, which confer all rights and benefits avaliable to married couples under state law.
