Sixteen people were arrested after Neo-Nazi scattered candles and tore up floral wreaths placed at a memorial on the 68th anniversary of Kristallnact, police said. Kristallnacht, or "NIGHT OF BROKEN GLASS",was a 1938 Nazi rampage that saw thousands of Jewish homes, synagogues and businesses destroyed across Germany.
