The test will consist of (three) of the following (four) questions:

 

 

1)      Progressivism is often explained as a reform movement.  Explain the relationship between Progressivism and Industrialization, use at least three examples of reforms.

 

2)      The Spanish American War launched a period of imperialism for the United States.  Explain why the United States turned to imperialism in the early 1900’s.

 

3)      World War II is often described as being born out of World War I, Explain this.

 

 

4)      The United States comes out of WWII as a political, economic, and military world leader.  How does this happen?
